Yoga is a method or a mental discipline that goes side by side with body exercises. It defines itself as the capacity to drive complety and quietly the mental activity into a single choosen direccion., allowing oneself to access gradually to a higher inner estability and to acquire a higher ability to act.

This state it cames from the asana practice (postures) and pranayama (breathing). These help the body to rejuvenate and to became stronger. When the body recovers its balance, the mind free itself from negative emotions caused by stress and modern life.

Putting together movement and postures with an appropriate breathing yoga relaxes the mind from daily stress and builds a strong and healthy body.
