Is a traditional system of yoga, based on the teachings of Pattabhi Jois. characterized by a dynamic flow of postures (asanas) and by the coordination of movements with the breath (vinyasa) and the gaze (dristi).

The objective is to purify the body and bring peace to the mind.

The method of "Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga" is divided into three series: the primary, "Yoga Chiktsa" (yoga therapy) realign the body and reduces toxins within the body. The intermediate, "Nadhi sodhana" purifies the nervous system . The third or advanced "stira bahija", develops strength and stability.

The classes are structured in order to learn the correct form and order of the postures in conjunction with the breath, facilitating the rhythm of each student and gradually advancing in the series.

Ideal for deeping the practice of yoga, developing strenght, flexibility and vitality.


Integral yoga is more of a method to cultivate a personal practice adapted to the needs of the individual, than it´s  style of yoga.

It is like Ashtanga Yoga in that it is orientated to:

  • Free the mind of daily stress, combining movement with the breath.
  • Relax, tone, and correct imbalances within the body through the correct practice of the postures.
  • Create your own personal integration through the postures, breath, and relaxation.
